Currently though we are having trouble configuring it to work with Win XP and are not sure whether it might work with Win 7. We depend on it to view and scan microfilm and fiche. We have 7 desktops in our library one of which is currently dedicated to the MS400. We are a genealogical society based in Pointe Claire, Quebec. I am the volunteer tech with a non-profit group known as the Quebec Family History Society (QFHS).
In every other way, we have the identical problem and wonder if these workarounds will help us configure the MS400 to work with Win 7. Instead of the MS350, we have a used MS400. Finding this post and the following thread has given us some hope!!
